Political accountability in Lithuania runs on memory. Promises are made in party programmes, coalition agreements and campaign interviews — then nobody systematically checks them against how the member actually voted. The data exists; no voter will ever open the formats it lives in.
Skaidriau is a free site where any voter will look up any of the 141 Seimas members: what they promised, with a working source link and verbatim quote for every promise — and how they voted, bill by bill. What can’t be verified is marked missing, never paraphrased. The evidence layer is built; the public site is next.
